Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent by the start date in Teaching a Foreign Language, Linguistics, Second Language Acquisition. Experience with computer-assisted instruction, online courses, and language instructional software is highly desirable.

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience (starting annual, full-time salary is $49,012). Some credit will be given for prior college-level teaching experience (not including graduate student or summer session teaching).

Letters will be requested to support applications of all finalists. All letters will be treated as confidential per University of California policy and California state law. The pool will close on April 14, 2017. If you would like to remain in the pool after that time you will need to submit a new application.
